Parallels can only boot up the ARM version of windows and not the x86/64 one. Get the 16gb and allocate atleast 8gb to windows.įurthermore, make sure Power BI and whatever other software you are using is compatible with the ARM version of windows 10/11. Pretty much all college campuses have WiFi throughout, so iCloud shouldn’t be a problem if you go that route.Īnd also, just imagine running windows with 4gb ram, let alone virtually. ![]() U can always get a external SSD or more iCloud space. The 16gb is more of a need while the 512gb SSD is less of a need if that makes sense. Simple answer - get the 16gb one, and if you have the money and need it, get 512gb SSD.
